Natural yeasts are used in stainless steel tanks fermentation. Ageing with second less till bottling. Unfined, double filtration.
Medium yellow-green colour, cool textured fruit such as lime, green apple and grapefruit over a nicely steely and stony mineral core. It is quite concentrated, delicate, and vigorous on the palate, acting of high acidity and residual sugar is resulting in a very tasty wine with lingering finish.
