Kiwi Manuka Honey Wine
Our honey wine is made by fermenting New Zealand Manuka Honey, which releases a distinctive rich honey flavour carried through on the paate, filling the mouth with a refreshingly clean finish. Used as a fermenting agent instead of sugar, the New Zealand Manuka Honey imparts a distinctive character and texture, with the initial impressions dominated by concentrated honey flavours. Serve this with good quality crackers and an assortment of cheeses, a delight to your sense; blue cheese matches our New Zealand Manuka Honey Wine superbly.
