A blend of 62% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Meunier. Using the traditional bottle fermentation, this wine was stored on lees for over three years and has developed a rich complexity and balance. This wine exhibits aromas of biscuit and rising dough. Complex yeast characters with good fruit and cashew nut flavours on a full persistent palate. The mid-palate shows excellent richness.
