Since generations, our Domaine covers 10 hectares (27,5 acres) and is situated in the south of Burgundy near Macon, in the village of Clessé. Our first objective is the respect of environment. We work in the vineyard with traditional methods to allow our vines to express all the characteristics of our exceptional terroir.

Light dress of a beautiful Ruby. A fresh wine, fruity notes of evolving cherries and spices (nutmeg, cinnamon). The tannins are firm and present in the mouth
Fermentation is long, in three phases: pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation, postfermentation maceration. The wines are aged in oak barrels during 12 months.
