Christian Benedetti’s grandfather Nicolas Benedetti immigrated from Italy in 1930 and married a daughter of a wine grower in Chateauneuf du Pape. Today Christian’s son, Nicolas, after having finished wine school helps his father at the domain. The domain owns 4 hectares of Chateauneuf du Pape, 10 hectares of Cotes du Rhone and 2 ha IGP Vaucluse. Some of the vines are very old – planted just after the Phylloxera, that is more than 100 years. Since 2000 the domain is certified “Agriculture Biologique
