Carried out in small stainless steel rotary vats.Wines are drained by gravity directly into barrels. No pump is used during winemaking in order to obtain greater finesse. The aging in barrels lasts from 14 to 18 months depending on the vintage.
The nose is characterized by very intense aromas of red fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), with toasted and grilled notes. The mouth is suave, ample, charming.
