The vinification of Champagne HEPTA is natural fermentation with yeast in wine. All bottles are aged more than five years in chalk vaulted cellar, in the purest Champagne tradition before bottling.
Tasting Notes :
Golden apples, brioche and strong mushroom character. Dry and medium bodied. Palate with smooth moussé and a bit thin fruit profile with golden apples dominating. Long slightly nutty finish.Decent Champagne. Natural wine approach.
