The winery is situated on a hillside at 450 m high to 3.5 km from Barolo Grands Crus.
Composed of a compact limestone tuff, rows are interleaved: grassing/tilled soil, high vines are cut in simple guyot • Natural manure and cropping with clover and tick-beans
Dress : Dark Ruby Red. Nose : Black Fruits and Pepper and Vanilla. Mouth : Acidity Backs and Voluminous body, fruity
Natural fermentation with manual pumping. Native yeast. No filtration and clarification, 6 months in large oak barrels/ tonneaux and two in the bottle.
