Direct pressing for refinement and aromatic purity. Fermentation at low temperature with control of temperatures to preserve the fresh aromas.
Light and fresh in colour. In nose, expressive of fresh summer fruits like apricot and peach, with exotic mango notes. It then opens up to flavours of citrus fruit and white flowers (acacia, hawthorn). On palate, a fresh lively attack on notes of white flowers. This wine is very harmonious, revealing good balance with roundness. Ideal as an aperitifor with oysters, grilled sea bass.
