Wineknot is an online alcoholic beverage service platform with fast delivery service. We aim to connect the alcoholic shops with customers through our app, website and excellent customer service. We will be one big community with all the joined shops.

How does it work?

A customer opens the Wineknot’s app or website, types in the designated delivery address and selects the product(s) surrounding the delivery address, and places an order. After you confirm the order, Wineknot delivery specialists will pick up the order and deliver to the customer on time. It’s as simple as that!

Setting up your account is easy. You will have to enter your email address, set up username and password, or use Facebook or Google to log in or register an account.

Delivery charge is HKD20 dollars per shop. If you purchase from two different retailers, delivery charge would be HKD40.

Placing an order is simple. You can do this via the web or with our iOS or Android app. Just enter your preferred delivery address on the home page to shop our selection of available products in your surrounding area.

You can schedule an order up to 30 days in advance. Just choose your preferred date and the two-hour window for the delivery.

If you’d like to cancel your order, please get in touch with us immediately by 3520 1160. Please note that cancelled orders may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us immediately and we will get in touch with the vendor. Refund or exchange is subject to the vendor’s policy. We will do our best to work out a solution for you.

Wineknot accepts credit card payment powered by Stripe. You can choose Visa, Master or AMEX.

What is the normal operation hours of Wineknot?

Our customer service team’s working hours are Mondays to Saturdays 9:30am – 5:30pm. For delivery services, the service hours are from 12:00 noon – 10:00pm.

Wineknot accepts credit card payment from customers powered by Stripe. We will charge a service fee and will deduct it from the sales on a weekly basis.
