Customer FAQs

Wineknot is an online alcoholic beverage service platform with fast delivery service. We aim to connect the alcoholic shops with customers through our app, website and excellent customer service. We will be one big community with all the joined shops.
A customer opens the Wineknot app or website, types in the delivery address and selects the item(s) around the delivery address, and places an order. After you accept the order in the system and pack the order, Wineknot delivery specialists will come to pick up the order and deliver to the customer on time. It works simple as it is!
Setting up your account is easy. You will have to enter your email address, set up username and password, or use Facebook or Google to log in or register an account.
Delivery charge is HKD $20 dollars per shop.
We are currently focusing on Central and Western district only. We will be expanding in other areas of the HK island in the coming months. We want to get it right first, please be patient and we will expand real soon!
Placing an order is simple. You can do this via the web or with our iOS or Android app. Just enter your preferred delivery address on the home page to shop our selection of available items in your surrounding area.
You can schedule an order up to 30 days in advance. Just choose your preferred date and the two-hour window for the delivery.
If you’d like to cancel your order, please get in touch with us immediately by 3520 1160. Please note that cancelled orders may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us immediately and we will get in touch with the vendor. Refund or exchange is subject to the vendor's policy. We will do our best to work out a solution.
Wineknot accepts credit card payment from customers powered by Stripe. You have Visa, Master or AMEX to choose from.
No, bank transfer is not accepted.
Our customer service team's working hours are Mondays to Saturdays 9:30am - 5:30pm. For delivery services, the service hours are from 12:00 noon - 10:00pm.

You need to provide the basic details of your shop and the product list to us and we will establish the account for you. The form we will provide to you after you joined.
We only work with alcoholic shop with heart. Do you fit?
What? We are free to join?! The only charge will be a service fee only after we help you to sell your products.
Wineknot accepts credit card payment from customers powered by Stripe. We will charge a service fee and will deduct it from the sales on a weekly basis.
